Iain was approached by insurance company, Royal London, to re-imagine the service experience for consumers of a range of new products to be offered by the organisation in the future. The project was was aimed at "high net worth" users on savings and mortgage protection.
BRAND IDENTITY & COMMUNICATION
In the food and drinks industry, Iain developed the brand identity, look and feel and communication through product for Perthshire-based, Syruplicious. The brand has a range of fresh fruit and spiced syrups which can be used in preparing, cooking and dressing dishes.
USER EXPERIENCE & CSR
Iain worked alongside colleague Mil Stricevic with retailer, Schuh to develop Corporate Social Responsibility and concepts relating to stakeholder experience. The project was conducted with Schuh staff in a co-creative process to deliver proposals in keeping with the brand.
DESIGN INNOVATION SUPPORT
Working within GSA's Design Innovation Studio, Iain was a key member of the team designing and delivering a series of workshops for SMEs and start-up companies in collaboration with Scottish Enterprise. The successful project has seen several small companies develop strategic directions for growth.
