I'm a graduate of The Glasgow School of Art’s Product Design programme. Since then, over many years, I've worked across a spread of design activity, ranging from brand direction, communication strategy and visualisation to product, service and experience design. I specialise in Service Design with a focus on a positive contribution to society.

 

Projects have involved both private and public sector clients including the NHS, Royal London, Barnardos, Capita, Schuh, Scottish Enterprise and Nesta, among others. I've also presented design-led projects and related research on the wider socio-cultural impact of design, at international conferences and events, earning my PhD

in 2010.

 

I hold a lecturing position in The Innovation School at The Glasgow School of Art where I'm primarily involved in the delivery of postgraduate programmes in Design Innovation and Service Design.
